Founder

Parsa Aghaie

Zardon was founded by Parsa Aghaie, a finance and business professional with more than seven years of experience in corporate finance. Parsa holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Throughout his career, Parsa has worked alongside senior leadership on the financial and strategic decisions that shape business performance. His experience has given him a broad perspective on how businesses operate, allocate capital, and create sustainable value. At Zardon, he applies that perspective to acquiring and operating established businesses with a long-term approach to growth and value creation.

The Next Chapter

From analyzing businesses to owning them.

After building his career inside a large global organization, Parsa is now pursuing business ownership to apply that experience more directly — to employees, customers, and the day-to-day performance of a company.

He is looking to acquire and personally operate established businesses for the long term, with a focus on preserving what works, earning the trust of the people who built the business, and creating thoughtful opportunities for growth.

What Zardon Means

Discipline, patience, and action.

Zardon represents our belief that meaningful value is created through a combination of discipline, patience, and action.

We are building Zardon with the intention of becoming a long-term owner of businesses — not simply completing transactions.

Each company we acquire should retain its own identity, people, customers, and culture. Our role is to provide ownership, resources, and perspective while allowing the strengths of each business to remain at the center.

Good businesses. Great people. Long-term ownership.
